Orders are not usually processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are typically as follows:
- UK: 4–10 business days
- EU: 4–12 business days
- US: 7–18 business days
- Standard International: 7–14 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery windows only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local courier operations.
3. Worldwide Shipping
We ship to many international destinations.
Shipping availability may vary depending on your country or region at checkout.
Shipping times shown above do not include delays caused by customs, local courier backlogs, weather disruptions, or other factors outside our control.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may not appear immediately. In many cases, tracking information begins updating within a few business days after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
If your tracking number appears inactive at first, please do not worry — your parcel may still be in transit between warehouse handling, export scanning, and carrier processing.

5. Customs, Clearance & Unexpected Delays
International shipments may occasionally be delayed by customs inspections, clearance procedures, or local courier processing.
These delays are outside our control and may affect the final delivery timeline.

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
HomeUseBuy is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an address issue, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to accept the package, additional reshipping charges may apply.
