Refund Summary

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return request, we require proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. The correct return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

Non-Returnable Situations

We may refuse returns in the following situations:

  • the item has been used, damaged by the customer, or is not in its original condition
  • parts are missing for reasons not due to our error
  • the return request is made more than 30 days after delivery
  • the item was marked as final sale or otherwise noted as non-returnable on the product page

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received it.

We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund appears.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

If you believe you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@homeusebuy.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
